Kate joined VCA as a graduate in 2006 and has fast become a key member of the team, particularly in interior design. Her dual Architecture / Interiors role facilitates communication across a number of levels.
Keeping abreast of the latest products and trends, creating colour schemes and selecting furniture/fixtures/finishes is a role that Kate enjoys. She has experience across a range of discipline and understanding of the unique demands of various sectors – Healthcare, Education / Institutional, Commercial & Justice in particular.
Recent projects include Monash University Churchill Medical School & Auditorium, Chisholm Institute Berwick Technical Education Centre, Alfred Hospital Cardiac Ward & Centre for Health Innovation, Gippsland Southern Health Leongatha, North East Health Wangaratta and Rio Tinto Technology & Innovation Building.
As one of the younger members of staff Kate’s enlivened attitude to design and fresh approach to detailing continues to add value.
