James is a Founding Director and Principal Architect responsible for Justice and Education projects undertaken by the practice. His extensive experience in justice covers court houses, numerous 24 hour police stations including Mildura, Swan Hill, Shepparton, Fawkner, Springvale and Warragul stations and correctional facilities including the award winning Mildura Law Courts Complex, Shepparton Courts and a state wide review of court facilities for the Department of Justice. His educational experience includes university projects for all major university campuses in Victoria, TAFE projects for many campuses and tertiary education projects include campus master planning and staged development.
